I create bespoke coaching and/or breathwork packages to suit my clients needs. typically clients invest in a 6/8 sessions either weekly or fortnightly. Each session is one hour to 90 mins as a video call. Prices vary accordingly. Book a FREE discovery call to find out more.

Monthly calls, journaling prompts, breathwork tips. A low costs offer to support you on a journey of self discovery, empowerment and growth - this is a good balance between empowered independence and accountability you will need to get really clear on how to create the life you truly love and deserve.

Guided Mindful Rides are an opportunity to connect with your mind body and nature. More information about mindful adventures here

I can create a bespoke package to suit your private group of friends, family and/or colleagues. It can include a mix of mindful bike ride, mindful walks, breathwork, journaling, yoga, paddle boarding etc (subject to availability of other providers). More information can be found here.

If you would prefer to take our coaching conversations or breathwork sessions outdoors and go for a walk, this can be arranged - subject to travel distance. I do work across Scotland, so please do ask if this is of interest.

I have hosted breathwork for bikers workshops and guided mindful rides at mountain bike festivals. I have hosted breathwork at retreats as well as mindset and journaling workshops at different events. Get in touch if you'd like to collaborate or invite me to your event.

Personal development involves learning about yourself by becoming more aware of your needs, your values, your desires as well as your barriers and fears holding you back. Personal development is empowering and results in holistic growth - as in, developing one area of your life usually has a “ripple effect” impact on other areas of your life. On a personal development journey, you will learn to accept and embrace your whole self more, giving yourself permission to grow and develop into the person you truly are and want to be. But it’s not easy to do it alone.

As a Personal Development Coach, I truly believe (from lived experience) that if you want better relationships with those around you, you need to work on the relationship with yourself first. I invite you to embark on your own personal development journey with me, of self discovery, empowerment and growth. And, as a Breathwork Coach, I also help people take back control of their breath to enhance their overall wellbeing. How we think and feel affects how we breathe, but the same is true the other way round - how we breathe affects how we think and feel. So in moments of stress or anxiety, we can take back control of our breath to gain clarity and an increased sense of calm, allowing us to make more informed and measured decisions day to day. I keep things simple with breathwork so that everyone can benefit from the power of a few simple conscious breaths in any given situation, even on the move. Knowing what techniques and when to use them is the harder part, so I offer guided breathwork session, sometimes incorporated into coaching conversations and mindful adventures. HOW CAN COACHING HELP?
Coaching gives you the time and space needed to explore your thoughts, ideas and emotions. Investing in yourself by having a personal development coach is incredibly powerful. It is the first step to really investing in yourself to make positive sustainable changes you know you want to make and deserve. As a Personal Development Coach I will support you on a journey of self discovery, empowerment and growth.
I am an empathetic listener, I am compassionate and I am committed to my own self development. As YOUR coach, I will make sure we build a trusting and open relationship where you feel comfortable to explore new ideas. I can help you rethink, redirect and refocus so that your choices align with your values and what you want out of life!
You will become empowered with knowledge and awareness, developing a language and the tools and strategies to make meaningful and mindful choices aligned to your values and desires and you’ll be able to express these in an authentic way.
I will be your biggest cheerleader supporting you to step out of your comfort zone to take the small steps and sometimes the brave, bigger leaps of faith towards the changes you want to make. Stepping out of your comfort zone is quite scary at times but it is also incredibly empowering and leads to transformation in the growth zone.
I combine my knowledge of psychology, breathwork, mindfulness and transformational life coaching skills to support you on a journey of self discovery to build self awareness, which leads to empowerment and growth. I also encourage the use of journaling as a tool during and between coaching sessions (and beyond).
