As a Transformational Life Coach & Breathwork Coach I will support you on a personal development journey of self discovery, empowerment and growth.

I help people gain clarity and focus when they’re feeling overwhelmed. I help people shift their mindsets with alternative perspectives and to quieten down the negative internal chatter, by creating new language and belief systems. I help people get out of their own way by getting clear on their values and their WHY. The “how” comes later…

I want for you all to discover your own power, and to step into that power with self compassion, self trust and self respect. Learn how to honour your emotions and to fully embrace all the parts of you. And when you shine bright, you shine the light for others around you.

I have a range of opportunities to work together to keep it fresh, affordable and exciting whether it’s one to one coaching, group online courses, mindful rides, adventure weekends - I can create a package to suit you.

coaching services

  • I create bespoke coaching and/or breathwork packages to suit my clients needs. typically clients invest in a 6/8 sessions either weekly or fortnightly. Each session is one hour to 90 mins as a video call. Prices vary accordingly. Book a FREE discovery call to find out more.

  • Monthly calls, journaling prompts, breathwork tips. A low costs offer to support you on a journey of self discovery, empowerment and growth - this is a good balance between empowered independence and accountability you will need to get really clear on how to create the life you truly love and deserve.

  • Guided Mindful Rides are an opportunity to connect with your mind body and nature. More information about mindful adventures here

  • I can create a bespoke package to suit your private group of friends, family and/or colleagues. It can include a mix of mindful bike ride, mindful walks, breathwork, journaling, yoga, paddle boarding etc (subject to availability of other providers). More information can be found here.

  • If you would prefer to take our coaching conversations or breathwork sessions outdoors and go for a walk, this can be arranged - subject to travel distance. I do work across Scotland, so please do ask if this is of interest.

  • I have hosted breathwork for bikers workshops and guided mindful rides at mountain bike festivals. I have hosted breathwork at retreats as well as mindset and journaling workshops at different events. Get in touch if you'd like to collaborate or invite me to your event.

  • have a number of workshops that work well at events and can be tailored to suit - they include breathwork, mindfulness, wellbeing tools. If you would like to book me for workshops or talks at any events or festivals, please get in touch for more information.
